MARK RAFEH

Mark Rafeh has been integral to the expansion of Alameda Mortgage in Southern California. As a seasoned executive, Mark is well-versed in business management. Over the years, he has opened and operated numerous successful businesses in both the real estate and mortgage industries. From 1997-2003, Mr. Rafeh originated and underwrote over $25,000,000 in closed loans. In 2003, Mr. Rafeh founded Loan Centers of America, Inc., a retail loan company that in Southern California. In 2006, Mark Rafeh purchased Coldwell Banker and Century 21 franchises, leading both through the recession of 2007-2009. In addition, Mr. Rafeh co-founded Wood Ranch Escrow, Inc., an independent closing services company in 2015. He came to Alameda Mortgage in 2017 with the intent to assist in the expansion and operational development, which he has helped with tremendously.
