Vadim brings 21+ years of experience with the last 16 in leadership and executive roles, and the last 13.5 years as head of accounting and finance at Allied Mortgage Group. Vadim is joining the team with a strategic vision and “roll-up the sleeves” attitude and considers people to be the organization’s biggest asset.

Working as AMC’s Chief Technology Officer since 2014, Sam Sousa has been at the helm of many of AMC’s expansion efforts, and is responsible for bringing our personalized style of banking to the digital age.

Vice President of Compliance and Licensing

Brian Kim is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in Mortgage Banking Compliance. Since beginning his journey in the Mortgage Industry in 1998, he has played pivotal roles in managing the Regulatory Compliance Program at various firms, gaining in-depth expertise across Compliance and Licensing. Brian’s vision is to lead the way in building a strong compliance culture while keeping in mind the company’s mission to make the experience of our borrower as easy as possible on the road to owning their dream home.
